Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Velvet Glove AI services provided by ManifoldLogic, LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

Velvet Glove AI provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that enable AI integration for software platforms. Our services include:

• Custom MCP server development and deployment
• API integration and natural language processing
• White-label AI solutions for SaaS platforms
• Ongoing maintenance and support

Service Tiers and Pricing

We offer three service tiers:

• Starter: $5,000 setup + $500/month
• Professional: $12,000 setup + $1,000/month
• Enterprise: $20,000 setup + $2,000/month

Custom pricing available for specific requirements. All prices subject to change with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to breach or test the security of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell our services without written authorization

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your data, APIs, and content. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide our services.

Our Technology

All MCP server code, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of ManifoldLogic, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. White-label solutions are licensed, not sold.

Service Level Agreement

For Professional and Enterprise tiers, we guarantee:

• 99.9% uptime for production MCP servers
• 24-hour response time for critical issues
• 48-hour response time for non-critical support
• Monthly performance and security updates

Data Protection

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for all API communications
• Secure credential storage and management
• Regular security audits and compliance checks
• GDPR and CCPA compliance where applicable

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" with the following warranties:

• Services will perform substantially as described
• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability
• Security measures will meet industry standards

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• We will provide data export assistance
• Monthly fees stop at the end of the current billing period
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• You must cease using our MCP servers

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including but not limited to API keys, business strategies, and technical implementations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManifoldLogic, LLC from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email with 30 days notice.
